Disc profile is a behavioural personality assessment. DISC is based on the work of William Moulton Marston, the developer of the D.I.S.C. Model. Marston’s model examined the behavior of “normal” people and how their behavioral preferences are affected by their personality and the environment or situation they find themselves in. This four-quadrant behavioral personality profile test provides an understanding of people through awareness of temperament and behavioral styles. Research has shown that success at home or at work depends 85% on people skills and self knowledge, and 15% on technical knowledge.There are no right or wrong on a profile since there is no perfect profile that exists.

We use this to add value to our programs. To help people be aware of their own behavioural style before leading others. To understand the dynamics of leading people that have different behavioural styles. It is also used as a tool to effectively communicate with each other leading to less conflicts and more team cohesiveness.
