Breakthrough Bangalore was established in the year 2000 by Robin Paul and his wife Linda Paul. Breakthrough is a well-known brand in area of behavioural training and outbound training. Our ability to drive workplace relevance powered by the impactful benefits of experiential learning sets us apart.
The Breakthrough, Bangalore campus is over one and half acres located off Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The campus has high and low challenge courses, training halls, and dormitory set-up stay facilities for participants.
We are run by an experienced and passionate team of facilitators whose impact create memorable experiences for participants who visit our campus. In addition to hosting teams in our campus, we also deliver solutions for our clients in a location of choice anywhere in India and in different parts of the globe.
The Breakthrough Tree
In the campus, we have a rock which is 40 feet high and 60 feet wide. On top of the rock is a Mysore fig tree, which has grown beautifully. It is not easy for a seed to grow on a mighty rock. Yet, the tree has risen against all odds to be a symbol of determination. The tree has focused not on it problems but on its purpose for what God created it to be. The symbolic representation of the tree and rock is the reason we are called Breakthrough.
