Values In Action

This  program is designed by partnering with the HR of the organization. It creates a simulation of the workplace  along with opportunites to live the values of the company and moments to  experience the culture of the organization. When done experientially participants absorb the vision and values a lot better.

Values in Action

Number of participants: 15 – 100

Aim: To experientially reinforce the behaviours associated with:

  • The Vision and Values of the Organization
  • The desired organizational culture
  • Filtering of the past and the necessary shifts needed for the present
  • Bonding and networking with others in the organization
